Who We Are and How We Work
We are a group of therapists who are committed to doing great work to help our clients feel better. We believe in a shame-free, supportive approach that assumes that you are smart and acting rationally in what you see as your best interest. Our job is to help you figure out what isn’t working, and then help you to decide what to do about it based on your own values. We are not here to preach or tell you how to live, how to love, who to love, or how to raise your kids.
All of us come from different backgrounds, but we share a devotion to lifelong learning and collaboration with our colleagues. We work as a team together with our clients to face life’s hardest and most intractable problems with creativity, dignity, and determination.
We are real people helping with real problems
We are moms, dads, sons, daughters, partners. We’ve been hired and we’ve been fired. We’ve been loved and we’ve been dumped. We’ve experienced joy and devastation. We’ve felt on top of the world, and we’ve felt like complete failures. Sometimes all in the same week.
Our work draws from the full range of human experience, with all its possibilities and limitations.

Located near Olympic and Sawtelle, 1 minute from the 405, our office is 15 minutes or less from Beverly Hills, Culver City, Santa Monica, UCLA, Westwood, and Brentwood. We are 20 minutes or less from Sherman Oaks, Palisades, Venice, DTLA, Mar Vista, Inglewood, Marina del Rey. There is a parking garage next door, or metered street parking on Corinth right outside our building.
El Segundo Location

Our South Bay office is located on charming Main Street in El Segundo with plenty of easy, free street parking, our office is 15 minutes or less from Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, Westchester, Culver City, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hawthorne, and Inglewood. We are 20 minutes or less from Hermosa Beach, Lawndale, Gardena, Torrance, and Inglewood.
